Pure & Essential Minerals: Dead Sea Mud Facial Mask

If you’ve read my posts on masks in the past, you know that I’m a bit of a mask “junkie.” I love them! You can find my reviews of several different masks here (there is a part 1 and part 2).

I was very excited when I was informed I would be doing a review of a Dead Sea Mud Facial Mask from Pure & Essential Minerals via my affiliation with BrandBacker. Mud masks are by far my favorite type of mask as I feel they really do an exemplary job at clearing my skin and leaving it smooth and silky soft. This mask definitely lived up to my standards.

The Dead Sea Mud Facial Mask comes in a 6oz container which, in my opinion, is quite a hefty amount for the price. I’ve used it twice and have barely put a dent in the product. Impressive. I was also very impressed by the list of ingredients. They are all natural ingredients and passed the “I can pronounce all of these” test.

Some of my favorite things about this mask are, first, it isn’t a mask that needs to stay on 20-30 minutes to set. You leave it on for probably 10 minutes to let it do its thing. THEN, you use warm water and massage your skin with the mask on to exfoliate. Exfoliating is such an important part of skin care and it’s quite pleasant to be able to get a deep cleanse and exfoliate at the same time. Finally, you just wipe off the mask with a cloth and pat your face dry. I got my husband to try it on his forehead where he tends to get quite oily and he loved how it left his skin. We both agreed that our faced felt and looked healthier and more radiant.

Would I buy this product again? Most definitely. You can buy the Dead Sea Mud Facial Mask on Amazon at the moment for about 60% off! It’s also a prime product so you can get it shipped fast! I’d love to hear what you think of the mask if you end up getting it! Until then, happy masking!

  • I am also a mask junkie, I would love to try this but I have so many at the moment I am trying to work through. Once I thin out my pile I’ll look into this one.

    • I always have too many – I haven’t finished my glamglow supermud yet and I usually go through one of those waaaay too quickly.
